Favourable, secure location in the middle of jackson. What a very amiable and extremely friendly staff! Well-equipped and tastefully decorated room with comfortable bed and a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and coffee and tea making equipment.

Units with sofa bed. We were in a marvellous location just a short stroll away from an all-seasons living museum. The area was pretty quiet not far from restaurants and the airport.

The staff at Residence Inn Cleveland University Circle/Medical Center were incredibly accommodating and resolved any issues I had during my stay. I initially had a problem with my room reservation, but Stephanie at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure my family had suitable accommodations. The rooms and facilities were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and homely atmosphere. The availability of a wheelchair and the shuttle service across the street to Cleveland Clinic made it convenient for my family member who had limited mobility. Additionally, the hot breakfast sandwiches and a variety of cereal options were a great start to the day. The hotel's proximity to Cleveland Clinic and local food shops was a bonus.

I did face a few minor inconveniences during my stay. The lack of a direct shuttle from the hotel to Cleveland Clinic made it slightly difficult for guests with limited mobility.

The complimentary full breakfast was a great start to the day. We also appreciated the shuttle service to local venues within a 3-mile distance. The staff, especially Eric at the front desk, were amazing and made our stay extra special. we had the best hotel experience and highly recommend Residence Inn By Marriott Cleveland University Circle/Medical Center. Despite a few minor issues, it was a fantastic stay.
